This issue has come up again today in a big way. A client of ours sold a lot of Optus recharge, but because they were on the standard Optus rate, they got a smaller margin then they could have.
If you are one of our clients and getting 4% on Optus or Telstra, please let me know. The odds are you have been put on the standard Optus rate, and you should be getting with us a bonus rate.
