I cannot believe it but there is still no support available from XChangeIT. They are closed until the 4th January.
This is despite the big problems we have had with XChangeIT over the past few days such as the Gordan and Gotch week 1, not being sent. If you have this problem, please call the GG direct as there is no point wasting your time ringing XChangeIT.
Someone needs to explain why this happened. The magazine companies and ANF also have some explaining to do too, as they all own a chunk of XChangeIT. Their support lines are working now, so why did they let XChangeIT close their support lines? I am sure it has been creating extra work for them too.
