On Friday, our software support got hammered with the XchangeIT problems.
Today our support bay is still in damage control fixing the problems created. This was expected, so we put on extra staff.
We will not know till tomorrow whether this problem been fixed.
In any new system, there are often teething problems and clearly here, we have problems that need addressing. This is expected but unfortunate.
I wish that XchangeIT had done a slower roll-out.
