Yesterday we did a user meeting and what we decided to do is make it a webinar as well so our users could participate Australia wide. What we found interesting and has become much source of discussion is that 20 times more people attended the online than those that came in person. Many that actually were online we noticed were not that far away from the meeting so it is not just the travel time. The days of actually attending user meetings I am sure are numbered.
