Here is how one of my clients uses Facebook to fight shoplifting.This woman allegedly stole about $500. He posts the pictures on hisn shop facebook accounts and gives them two days to either come forward, explain and if possible pay for it or he reports them to the police.
I had a client a few days ago caught a person with a big and expensive pile of cosmetics which the cameras missed utterly. It was only by accident that an alert staff member noticed what she was doing.
