It is very frustrating as many people are now cut off their phone now. What gave me a laugh was when you go to the Telstra website to log the problem on behalf of a client, the outage page has an error message and you cannot log it.
On top of that Telstra, today got a 10 million dollar fine for overcharging from the Federal Court. If you have a Telstra mobile account, it is worth checking as you may have several unauthorised charges on it.
