Something like 30% of all workplace injuries is due to manual handling of goods - lifting, pushing, pulling, packing, etc. So I would certainly recommend discussing this with your industry body.
Furthermore, what I do recommend is that you mark in our system items that are heavy and so require special handling. Note exactly is heavy legally depends upon many factors not just weight. It will depend on how often it is lifted, how the person has to stand to lift it, how easy it is to lift, how high is it, the distance to travel both up and down, etc., etc. This is why I recommend getting professional advice something all industry bodies that we deal can help you with.
