Bill payments bring a lot of customers into a shop. Everyone has bills, eg gas, electricity, phone, council rates, tax, insurance and many more and many still pay in person. Australia Post alone does about 194 million of them a year about 200 a day at each outlet. So it's not surprising that many of our clients ring us up today upset that their Bill Payment facilities suddenly stopped. It is actually something we do recommend that all our clients offer because it is such a good traffic bringer.
Well, the good news is that it's now after a few hours down, it now is up and running. All our clients should have their Bill pay facility up and running. If not let us know.
