Go to register reports and select it marked in green.
Pick Monthly Sales Summary from the menu now.
Put in the last 24 months, now pops out a detailed report among which you will see a breakdown by dissection and month the sales this year to last year.
This page makes it simple to see how your sales are evolving for example you can readily see, for instance, that from November 2011 to November 2012, books and cards increased while sweets and beverages decreased.
