Sometimes what happens is a retailer wants to drum up business just ad-hoc. So he announces a tripe points for customers now.
Well, not a problem in our point-of-sale software.
Go to the Main Menu and select System Maintenance.
In this, menu find the System Setup page and select it.
Once the page is open select the Loyalty tab.
The value you are going to set is called the Redemption value per point option see where it is circled in red.
Currently it is set to 0.0002 per dollar which means it is effectively turning it off except if someone buys big, which is an excellent idea, if some buy big, as it's good to encourage the big spender back.
If you want to turn it on merely change this figure to what you wish it to be say 0.10
