If you have ePay enquires

POS SOFTWARE

My thoughts on virtual products that ePay market,

* Few make much on them.

* That it does more than pay its own way.

* There is very little work.

* It does bring people into the shop.

* It appears that the buyers of these products are good customers to get.

* As you do not pay for virtual products until you sell it, there is nothing upfront.

Unfortunately, ePay staff in Australia seem to be on some type of rotating leave system now. This means for those with questions, ePay staff can be difficult to get answers. If you have any queries on ePay, I find the best way to contact them is at this email. This mailbox is always manned so I get a reply either the same day or the next.

ePay

POS SOFTWARE

If you are thinking of a switch to ePay from Touch networks for virtual products, please follow the instructions below.

For those not sure of what these virtual products are, you will find a list of the products here, Overall I would say that there is a lot of customers for these products, it does bring people into the shop, and it does pay its way.

We are confident that we will be rolling it out next week on beta.

For those running Touch, ePay can work together with it, so this is your chance to test out the ePay facilities with no risk and no cost. As far as the different offering are concerned, I think you will find that they have higher margins on ePay so many of you will want to jump into ePay immediately.

What you first will need to do is set up an account. To do that, please click here.

Now you will need to tick the boxes in the following order which I have numbered 1 to 5 in green

Then click next and enter your details.

Enjoy!!!

HELLO, WE WOULD LIKE TO SET UP EPAY INSTEAD OF TOUCH PLEASE

When completing the application do we use POS solutions as the buying group. Am I correct in assuming that we need to do $2500 in sales per month.

Converting to ePay

POS SOFTWARE

We are currently converting our POS software to handle the latest ePay system. We have tested it and it works. What we are waiting for final approval, so we are confident that we will be rolling it out next week. Which is plenty of time to make the 30th June deadline with plenty of time to spare when Touch system is expected to close!

Overall looking at the products on offer here, I think you will find that almost all the existing Touch products are available. Overall I would say they have the same or very similar products, for 90% of the stuff.

As far as the different offering are concerned, I think you will find that they have higher margins on ePay, but the account fees are higher.
