Robotic companies frequently have offered us robots for retailing. , I think we could link these into our system. We are still waiting for pricing. I doubt they will be cheap as it is a quality item. If it were $100,000 and could replace one person, many would consider it a bargain as it would give them a considerable boost in productivity. So we have seen a few companies try to push robots into retail, so far, none has worked, but no one has given up on the mission.
Nor am I sure what the public would think of them. I have noticed that although many restaurants allow ordering without a waiter, few people do it.
