Our annual Support and Customer Perception Survey 2016

This quote was put on the wall in our office and for years, I read it every time I went to work. They are good words. In part this getting drummed into us is probably the reason why our support is known for being the best.

We are now currently going to start our annual support survey for this year. We have done it for 33 years, and we are still seeking feedback from you in relation to the services we provide you our community. Your responses will be used to assist us in our continually improving customer service. The survey is designed to measure the effectiveness and quality of our services, and it should only take you a few minutes to complete. If you have used our services and want to have your say in improving our performance by your suggestions then, please contribute.
