In these economic times, I wonder if these new industrial relations reforms are suitable. Effectively it is to many businesses, a huge pay rise that many will struggle to pay it. I know a newsagent that told me he intends to reduce the shop hours to save costs. I know another that has reduced some staff hours to save costs.
