I will not say it was a great EOFY sale, but it was decent. Australians do tend to buy in these sales because it is their last chance to lock in their tax benefits. This is a study I read on EOFY sales that is available here. It works because it is accurate. It was a great chance for a business to buy the products it needed, and it confirms what I have said: Knowing the marketing season is a big help in business marketing.
The next big sale will be the stocktaking sale, which most of us will start in the next few days. Unlike the EOFY sale, this one is useful for every business, not just those that service business clients.
