Our clients are reporting that they are having problems processing some Visa credit cards with CBA bank. It is weird. Error 91 is appearing "Issuer not available". As I have not heard of any such problems today with other banks, I am sure it has something to do with the communication between CBA and VISA.
Not much we can do about it but wait it out.
