What all retailers need is an early method of identification of Inactive or old stock sitting on the shelf. Unfortunately, what we see after we install our POS Software in shops that a significant amount of the retailer cash and space is tied up in inactive or old stock that carries little demand. If this problem is not addressed, then the retailer will be forced to discount heavily in clearance sales to free up cash and space.
