Fairfax are making important changes to their systems. These will be implemented in Victoria immediately and then rolled out to everyone.
One that many will be troubled by is that all subscriptions from now on will only have a start date. You are expected to continue to deliver it until you receive a stop notice from either the customer or Fairfax. This new procedure could be dangerous if a notice was mislaid somewhere.
