Thankfully I do not answer to you. I remember what your customer meetings were like. I much prefer the meetings at Tower and that I have access to their Facebook forum and direct access to mark and the others. Like I said, they live rent free in your head. Your latest comment shows your lack of experience in the newsagent business. Alex, the boss at Are Direct is someone who has been at the company for many years. Most newsagents know him. I really think could benefit from concentrating more on your own business.
