Your debtor situation now in your business

My previous post on late-payment fees brought up a few inquiries. 

What is now the debt situation now in the business compared to last year?

Well, the quickest way is to go into register reports > customers trial balance.

Put in a date, you can pick any date you want, like I put a date most than three (3) years ago. 

Use the date yesterday a year ago. Use the age periods as current, 30, 60, and 90 days. 

Now do the same report as of yesterday's date.

Now you can see how you are going!
