We have just been informed by Network that they had timeout issues while processing the RTD (return) files on Monday and Tuesday.
This meant that many of our clients' return forms did not process correctly and their supplemental returns form did not get produced.
Network is now reprocessing all the returns files, and the supplementary returns' forms will be available for the Newsagent on Net Online when this is done.
I suggest you check your Network returns for this week.
